Notice to Residents

This notice is to advise that if you are one of the 98 residents who received a “Notice of Intention — Housing Garden Maintenance Service – Contract Renewal” from Wandsworth Borough Council.

Wandsworth Borough Council have confirmed, “Goulden House is NOT covered by the GM Contract and leaseholders can please ignore the letter”.

Wandsworth Borough Council have provided their sincerest of apologies for this error.

GH Estate Office Closure from 12 noon on Thursday 2nd May through to 5 pm on Friday 3rd May 2024

NOTICE PERTAINING TO NOISE DISTURBANCE

Goulden house has recently seen an increase in noise disturbances on site and a number of these noise disturbances pertained to building works being undertaken, where works have been undertaken outside of the permitted times which are as follows:

8.30 am and 6 pm (Monday – Friday)

9.00 am and 12 noon (Saturday)

Please adhere to the above-mentioned timings and by doing so, this will both reduce the impact these unacceptable noise disturbances are having on other residents, and the financial costs to Goulden House residents to cover the costs for Wandsworth Borough Council Emergency Out of Hours attendance to site.

Notice to Residents – Pestgone’s Inspection of the Site on 10th April 2024

This notice is to advise residents of Pestgone’s inspection of the site on 10th April 2024, which is as follows:

“A routine inspection was carried out today across all areas of the premises including all internal communal areas external grounds including building perimeters bin stores and communal areas with no evidence of any recent or ongoing pest activity found. All bait stations have been fully serviced with bait replenished and refreshed where needed good levels of housekeeping and hygiene standards were found during today’s inspection staff have reported no issues since previous inspection all insect monitoring points have been inspected and show no signs of any recent or ongoing pest activity. PestGone will continue to monitor on forthcoming service visits.”

URGENT NOTICE TO RESIDENTS – CRIME REFERENCE NUMBER 01/175824/24

Breaking & Entering & Criminal Damage to Ball Court on Wednesday 3rd April at 15.25

This notice is to advise all residents that the Ball Court was broken into yesterday by two adults, who were accompanied by young children and Forced Entry was gained via the use of bolt cutters. The Ball Court is currently undergoing a full refurbishment and remains closed during these works, in compliance with Health & Safety. The Metropolitan Police have authorised the placement of these notices on the Ball Court and on Social Media, as a Criminal Offence has been committed. CCTV footage has already been provided to the Met Police and this crime is currently an active police investigation.

The contractor undertaking these works have also been advised of the forced entry to the Ball Court and the Crime Reference Number.
